As the Manager of the Pilot Line Technician Team, you'll foster a culture of high performance while leading the execution of chip test and assembly operations.

You'll be responsible for coaching technicians, managing daily workflows, and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You’ll also play a critical part in the recruitment, onboarding, and growth of your team to maximize lab utilization. Key Responsibilities:
