Key Responsibilities:
• Direct full-cycle accounting and financial operations • Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports • Spearhead organizational budgeting and forecasting efforts • Oversee compliance and payroll processing • Build and enhance financial workflows and systems
Requirements: • CPA designation preferred • At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience • Background in nonprofit or grant-funded sectors beneficial • Strong track record of modernizing finance operations • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
