- Responding to inquiries from prospective clients
- Conducting scheduled phone or video conversations to understand individual goals and interests
- Providing clear and accurate information about leadership and professional development programs
- Following up with prospective clients in a professional and timely manner
- Building and managing your own pipeline of inquiries
- Tracking activity and maintaining accurate records
- Participating in ongoing leadership, business and professional development training
- Managing your own schedule and performance outcomes
