This is a hands-on Learning & Development role focused on designing and delivering high-impact learning programmes centred on building communications capabilities across the organisation. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys curating learning experiences, working with external partners, and driving engagement while remaining closely involved in execution.
Key responsibilities
- Identify communications capability gaps and translate them into practical, engaging learning programmes
- Source and evaluate external training providers, courses, and content
- Curate and structure learning pathways aligned to competencies and proficiency levels
- Continuously review and improve learning offerings based on feedback and outcomes
- Plan and execute workshops, webinars, and learning events end-to-end
- Work closely with industry practitioners, facilitators, and subject-matter experts
- Manage programme logistics, schedules, and participant experience
- Drive participation through creative internal engagement initiatives
- Build and manage relationships with training providers, institutions, and facilitators
- Manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously across different timelines
About you
- 8–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related fields
- Proven experience curating or managing learning programmes or training initiatives
- Proven experience working with external training providers or facilitators
- Proven experience running workshops, webinars, or learning events
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programmes end-to-end
- Ability to engage stakeholders and drive participation
- Comfortable being hands-on and execution-focused
- Robust communication and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
