The role focuses on Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs), risk training, and drafting client engagement terms, with significant interaction across risk, finance, privacy, and information security teams.

The ideal candidate has a law degree, is a member in valuable standing of the Law Society of Ontario, and 3–4 years of experience in a top business law firm or in-house department.
