You will use equipment like the Hustler mower, apply hard-surface herbicide, and manage a company truck. This position is ideal for someone experienced in grounds maintenance who can work independently and take on leadership roles as necessary. Key Responsibilities:

- Float between crews and sites as required
- Operate Hustler walk-behind mower efficiently
- Apply hard-surface herbicide with certification
- Drive company trucks and tow trailers
- Log hours and tasks accurately in LMN Requirements:
- Hands-on grounds maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license; trailer experience is an asset
- Ability to work unsupervised and lead when needed
- Willingness to learn LMN and other apps
