This role involves planning and leading activities across five domains of care—physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual. You will develop tailored care plans and assist Residents to ensure full participation in enriching programs. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and lead group and one-on-one activities
- Assess and develop individualized care plans
- Provide transportation support to Residents
- Document care plans and coding accurately
- Assist in ongoing therapy programs as required Requirements:
- Post-secondary qualification in Recreation or related field
- Experience in Long Term Care Life Enrichment
- First Aid and CPR certification required
- Proven computer skills, particularly with care planning
