S&R; Group is seeking a dedicated Life Enrichment Worker to enhance Resident experiences in a Long Term Care setting. Use your creativity to coordinate engaging activities that support physical, emotional, and social well-being. As a Life Enrichment Worker with S&R; Group, you'll play a vital role in planning and leading programs that bring joy to our Residents.

This position involves assessing individual needs, developing care plans, and directly interacting with individuals to foster their well-being and independence. You’ll work flexible shifts, ensuring meaningful activities are available for residents at all times. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and lead group programs and individual activities
- Assess Residents’ recreational and therapeutic needs




- Support participation in programs and events
- Document care plans and follow policies diligently
- Maintain a welcoming workplace through decor and supplies Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Recreation, Therapeutic Recreation, or related field
- Experience in long-term care Life Enrichment preferred
- First Aid and CPR certifications required
- Computer skills in Care Planning and Graphics
