In this position, you will be a part of Regulatory Services Division, reporting to the Supervisor, Licensing Records.
You will provide essential administrative and records management support by maintaining and archiving licensing records across the gaming, liquor, and cannabis sectors. Your attention to detail will ensure compliance and accuracy in all documentation processed. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process incoming documentation through various channels
- Scan and manage licensing records digitally
- Track documents in the Gaming Licensing System (GLS)
- Create and update records for charitable gaming organizations
- Communicate with applicants for missing documents Requirements:
- High school diploma with 1+ years in records administration
- Experience with electronic records management systems
- Knowledge of records management principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
