This full time role focuses on innovative programming and advocacy for healthy lifestyles among community members. As the Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will oversee diverse programming and lead a dynamic volunteer initiative.

Your background in gerontology, recreation, or related fields will enable you to facilitate engaging experiences for residents and inspire them to thrive. You will supervise Life Enrichment Assistants and drive innovative fitness programs tailored to seniors' needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement exercise and wellness programs
- Supervise Life Enrichment Assistants and volunteers
- Coordinate community engagement activities
- Foster relationships with residents and their families
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Requirements:
- Degree in Gerontology, Kinesiology, or similar
- Experience in geriatric programming
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
