- Oversee and optimize the daily operational quality of third-party warehouses (including, but not limited to, inventory accuracy, packing value, DC efficiency, and the accuracy and timeliness of inbound/outbound operations).
- Conduct data analysis, identify operational anomalies, and implement optimization and corrective measures.
- Monitor logistics carriers' store delivery performance and promptly address any delivery issues.
- Act as the logistics representative to coordinate reasonable requests from other departments and liaise with third-party logistics providers and operations teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement Group headquarters' policies and plans, provide timely progress reports, and ensure the achievement of all KPIs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; fluent in both Chinese and English (required for daily work); experience in warehousing and logistics is required.
- Proficient in office software, with advanced Excel skills and robust data analysis capabilities.
- Strong execution skills with a proven ability to effectively implement plans and achieve results.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills; skilled in negotiation; outgoing personality.
- Must possess legal authorization to work in Canada (e.g., Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work visa).
