This role emphasizes project execution, planning, and maintenance expertise everyday. Reporting to the LTCHO Maintenance Superintendent, the Specialist provides leadership and strategic support to the maintenance team.

You will drive maintenance excellence by promoting safety, managing work governance, and improving processes. Collaboration with operations, vendors, and stakeholders is key to ensuring successful maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead maintenance safety initiatives across operations
- Drive maintenance and reliability projects from start to finish




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives
- Optimize maintenance KPIs and report performance insights
- Serve as liaison for vendor reviews and performance meetings

Requirements:

- 10 years of experience in project management within oil and gas
- Solid leadership and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of SAP and maintenance systems
- Experience in Thermal and Conventional Heavy Oil operations
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
