Job details

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work setting: General manufacturing
- Tasks: Repair machine tools and parts. Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance. Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports.
- Measuring tools: Micrometers. Callipers. Calibre. Gauges.
- Equipment and machinery experience: Boring machines, Broaching machine, Drill presses, Engine lathes, Honing machines, Lapping machine, Milling machines, Surface grinders.
- Security and safety: Bondable. Driving record check (abstract).
- Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence.
- Work conditions and physical capabilities: Rapid-paced environment. Tight deadlines. Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Standing for extended periods. Attention to detail.
- Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots.
- Experience:



5 years or more.
