You will interpret blueprints, operate CNC and manual machines, and ensure the highest quality standards in prototype production. This role requires a robust problem-solving mindset and the ability to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Select effective equipment and methods for quality parts
- Document deviations from designs for engineering alignment




- Maintain a safe working environment with strict adherence to policies
- Perform preventive maintenance on all shop equipment Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in R&D; environments and prototype development
- Proficient in Mazak CNC machinery and manual equipment
