Location: 10 km outside Saskatoon
BOLD Growth is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Maintenance Associate to help keep our facility and grounds running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone with maintenance, construction or handyman experienceor strong hands-on skills and a willingness to learn. We are looking for someone who works safely, takes pride in their work and knows when to ask questions.
What Youll Do
- Complete minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC and building repairs within your training
- Perform carpentry, drywall, painting and caulking repairs
- Safely use hand and power tools
- Maintain grounds and sidewalks, including snow clearing
- Identify concerns and report work requiring specialized contractors
- Keep tools and work areas clean and organized
- Assist with other maintenance projects
What Were Looking For
- Mechanically inclined with problem-solving skills
- Experience with tools, repairs, construction, maintenance, mechanical work or DIY projects
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures
- Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious and attentive to detail
- Able to work independently once trained and as part of a team
Experience is an asset, but we are open to training the right candidate.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or GED
- At least 19 years old
- Reliable transportation; the site is not accessible by public transit
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Available for occasional overtime
