Brookdale is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage associates responsible for maintenance and repair across our communities. You will supervise maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff, hire and train, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Role requires HVAC/electrical/plumbing knowledge, coordinating resident repairs, and overseeing campus-wide preventive maintenance. Solid communication and problem-solving are essential, with occasional travel to sites and a focus on quality
