This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the flexibility to manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment. Collaborate closely with operations to ensure optimal performance of our mobile fleet, utilizing modern equipment and innovative practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in health and safety programs and policies
- Maintain job plans and work packages in CMMS
- Manage backlogs while considering operational requirements
- Assist with budgeting and cost forecasting
- Track KPIs and suggest continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:
- Journeyperson’s ticket or relevant degree/diploma
- Experience in mobile maintenance or heavy industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with maintenance processes is a plus
