- Complete service requests and maintenance work orders
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment
- Assist with repairs, installations, and maintenance projects
- Conduct inspections of resort facilities and report issues
- Maintain exterior areas, walkways, and grounds as necessary Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in maintenance or property maintenance
- Basic knowledge of building repair practices
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate tools
