POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are looking for two Maintenance Technicians to join our maintenance team.

Schedule: Permanent, full-time, day shift, weekdays.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: All other related tasks Cleaning and performing maintenance duties Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
