With over five years of experience in mental health leadership, your expertise will directly influence patient outcomes and team performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Adult Mental Health Inpatient Unit operations
- Lead outpatient Brief Intervention and Treatment Team
- Promote patient and family-centered care approaches
- Implement clinical programs and staff evaluations
- Ensure safety protocols and quality of service Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preparation preferred
- 5+ years in clinical leadership roles
- Experience in acute mental health settings
- Preferred certification in Psychiatric Nursing
