Manager – Facilities & Office Services – Law Firm

YOUR ROLE:
To successfully accomplish this mission, you will be responsible for:
- Defining strategic priorities and planning projects related to business continuity, facilities management, and operational efficiency;
- Developing and implementing processes and schedules required for the maintenance and optimal performance of equipment and facilities;
- Serving as the primary point of contact for a variety of stakeholders regarding office management matters;
- Overseeing the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, while liaising with external vendors and contractors;
- Supporting workplace health and safety initiatives by coordinating and monitoring the condition and safety of office facilities and workspaces;
- Promoting employee development and coordinating the follow-up of technical training programs;
- Contributing to the development and management of the annual budget.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- College diploma or university degree in Business Administration or a related field;
- Proven experience in a similar role involving operations management, workplace management, and asset administration;
- Experience in a professional services setting is considered an asset;
- Strong command of both French and English, spoken and written;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of AutoCAD is considered an asset;
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships based on trust and respect;
- Strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, and effective problem-solving skills;
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively;
- Flexibility and the ability to support and facilitate organizational change;
- Ability to safely handle and move equipment or other items, as required.
