- Ability to organize tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with using point-of-sale systems and standard office software; ability to learn internal systems quickly.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices, and willingness to adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on operational needs.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare retail setting and proficiency in English and French are considered assets.
