This role focuses on staff development and collaboration while enhancing the efficiency of regulatory frameworks in mineral exploration. You will coordinate internal processes and serve as a key liaison between the Director and team members. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations and manage policy files
- Supervise and coach Policy Analysts and staff
- Develop and execute key policy initiatives
- Coordinate the Lands and Regulations portfolio
- Prepare reports and updates for committees Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5-10 years of policy analysis experience
- Proven management and supervisory skills
