Act as the Indigenous Participation Manager for the LVCTS project, focusing on enhancing Indigenous engagement and training at Raytheon Canada. This role is vital for supporting the Canadian Army across multiple sites. In this prominent role, you will manage the Indigenous Training and Development Program (ITDP) under the LVCTS initiative for Raytheon Canada.

You'll engage with Indigenous communities, coordinate training strategies, and monitor participation metrics to support a robust Indigenous workforce. Your collaboration with senior leaders and external partners will be crucial for the success of our Indigenous Participation Plan (IPP). Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Indigenous engagement initiatives for the LVCTS project
- Maintain relationships with Indigenous-owned businesses




- Develop report metrics on Indigenous program benefits
- Facilitate training and recruitment strategies for Indigenous talent
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Indigenous relations Requirements:
- Seven years of similar business experience
- Expertise in interacting with Indigenous organizations
- Knowledge of cultural sensitivity and awareness
- Robust project management and communication skills
- Security clearance and background checks required Leverage your skills to support Indigenous participation and training in defense projects with Raytheon Canada.
