Develops, and implements the Distribution Services and Home Office budgets, to ensure financial plans, forecasts, rolling plans are integrated and aligned with operational business strategy (driving efficiencies and shareholder value). Leads analysis of budget performance, variances, forecast expenses and presents Distribution Services Operations results to Senior Leadership including insights to gross margin, expense control etc. Closely collaborates with Reporting &

• Analytics, for performance analysis related to forecasts, rolling plans and budgets for all lines of P&L.; Facilitates collaboration between Distribution Services, Integrated Supply Chain Finance, Logistics, Merchants and third-party providers to leverage knowledge, and processes that ensure cost-effective flow of merchandise. Collaborates with Supply Chain on network analysis studies to quantify metrics and financial impacts. Acts as key business partner to Distribution Services, Integrated Supply Chain, FP&A;, and Financial Control leadership; provides valuable financial and analytical insights to influence and support strategic business initiatives. Participates in Global Committees and/or special projects to build partnerships with senior stakeholders across TJX divisions, influencing and guiding. Plans and executes the department talent strategy, ensuring a pipeline of functional, diversified talent to fill current and future key positions. • MBA in Finance and/or Accounting is considered an asset.
