Lead Indigenous Programs at VIBE Arts, focusing on mentorship and cultural programming in Toronto and Northern Ontario. Shape impactful arts initiatives for emerging Indigenous artists alongside experienced mentors. As the Manager of Indigenous Programs at VIBE Arts, you will play a senior role overseeing cultural programming and artist mentorship.

Your expertise and lived experience will guide program development while fostering relationships with Indigenous advisors and communities. You will lead the Indigenous Program Coordinator and help recruit and mentor emerging talents throughout the three-year grant term. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide cultural guidance and oversight for programming
- Recruit Toronto-based Indigenous artists annually




- Supervise Indigenous Program Coordinator and mentor teams
- Build partnerships with community organizations and schools
- Contribute to program evaluation and reporting practices Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in Indigenous arts or cultural programming
- Proven track record of working with Indigenous communities
- Strong supervision skills with 2-5 years’ experience
- Comfortable in a hybrid nonprofit work workplace
