Become a key leader in fostering a collaborative culture at Abiona Centre for Infant & Early Mental Health. This full-time position encompasses all facets of human resources and the promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. As the Manager of People and Culture, you will report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in shaping the Centre's HR functions.

You will oversee employee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, driving initiatives to attract and retain top talent. Your experience will be essential in building a supportive workplace culture and guiding staff through key HR processes, ensuring the delivery of our mission. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for current hires
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs




- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices
- Guide HR assistant and volunteers in daily operations
- Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of labour relations and health and safety
- Proven knowledge of leadership development and change management
