About This Team

The P&C; Operations group provides an elevated and global people experience powered by Digital. This includes enabling CoEs through digital platforms, delivering shared services through Service Delivery,



and supporting a product-centric operating model.

A day in the life: What you do

Define, maintain, and implement platform standards, governance, and operational processes across Core HCM (Workday) and ServiceNow HRSD ensuring accuracy, availability, and alignment with business needs

- Lead delivery of complex system initiatives and enhancements across foundational HR platforms with a high-performing team
- Optimize how Core HR systems and Service Delivery capabilities are leveraged to improve efficiency, data integrity, and employee experience
- Partner with stakeholders to drive transparent, trusted relationships and deliver on strategic roadmap priorities
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across P&C;, Technology, and vendors to deliver system improvements and upgrades
- Drive a customer-focused culture that delivers simple, scalable, and high-impact solutions
- Demonstrate strong technical and business acumen across the system lifecycle (build, deploy, operate, optimize)

Core Responsibilities

The Manager, Foundational HR Systems is part of the P&C; Operations function and oversees a team of Business Analysts, Sr. Functional Analysts, and Functional Analysts.

This role partners closely with P&C; CoEs, global business stakeholders, and technology teams to define and deliver Core HCM (Workday) and ServiceNow-based solutions, ensuring alignment to business needs and service delivery outcomes.
