Lead Non-Fee-For-Service physician initiatives with the Saskatchewan Medical Association. This full time position involves strategic leadership, contract negotiation, and collaboration with key health system partners. As a pivotal Manager of Non-Fee-For-Service Physician Engagement, you will contribute to the SMA’s objectives by providing expert guidance to physicians and managing complex negotiations.

Your role focuses on supporting members with contractual challenges and strengthening NFFS compensation frameworks. Collaborating with different teams, you will engage stakeholders to address emerging physician needs and optimize negotiation strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership and input for NFFS initiatives
- Manage multiple contract negotiations and ensure communication




- Offer expert advice regarding self-employment status and contracts
- Collaborate with physician groups and stakeholders on issues
- Collect and analyze data related to NFFS contracts Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years relevant experience
- 5+ years in leadership and team management
- Contract management and dispute resolution experience
- Project management expertise in healthcare or public sector
