About the Role Product Managers at Capital One Canada are tech‑savvy pioneers tasked with building cutting‑edge data products that meet customer needs. This senior product management position does not have direct reports.

Key Responsibilities - Drive the definition, design, and operationalization of data products that maximize business leverage and serve internal and external customers.

- Own and prioritize the long‑term roadmap, balancing impact and risk with a cross‑functional stakeholder group.
- Define OKRs and adopt a metrics‑driven strategy to maximize product value and iteratively refine the roadmap.
- Employ empathy and design thinking to build a customer‑backed roadmap that delivers business value.
- Serve as internal and external subject‑matter expert on the product, owning data definition, usage, and constraints.
- Partner with technology and data experts to design robust solutions and shape associated architecture.
- Inspire the team to seek technical opportunities that increase delivery speed and reuse opportunities.
- Develop an integration strategy that delivers scalable, reliable,



consistently defined data solutions for customers.
- Mentor and contribute to the data talent community, empowering teams to perform at their best.

Basic Qualifications - At least 5 years of product management experience.

- Experience creating and delivering customer‑centric, data‑driven product vision and strategy.
- Track record of delivering significant business and customer impact.

Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field.

- Experience in financial services, technology or operations.
- Strong problem‑solving, influencing, and cross‑team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and understanding of big‑data technical patterns.

Compensation Expected annual salary range: $157,400–$179,600, with eligible performance‑based incentive compensation and potential cash bonuses.
