Marketing Communications Manager, Audience Insights (6-Month Contract)

In this role, you will contribute to audience insights, content development, brand communications, and stakeholder engagement across a range of digital and community communication initiatives.

Are you passionate about understanding audiences, creating meaningful content, and bringing communications strategies to life? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Marketing and Digital Communications team on a 6-month contract.

In this role, you will contribute to audience insights, content development, brand communications, and stakeholder engagement across a range of digital and community communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse and synthesise audience insights to support communications and engagement strategies.

- Translate research findings into transparent, actionable recommendations and communication outputs.

- Develop, review and refine user guides, manuals and communication materials, including content optimised for AI-powered search, digital knowledge bases and query platforms.





- Support content development initiatives by coordinating creative projects and deliverables with appointed agencies and partners.

- Ensure the consistent application of brand voice, messaging frameworks and communication guidelines across digital platforms and stakeholder touchpoints.

- Draft, review and edit communication materials to ensure clarity, accuracy and alignment with organisational objectives.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to facilitate the timely delivery of communication projects and initiatives.

- Support editorial reviews and quality assurance processes to maintain the quality and consistency of communication materials.

Qualifications & Experience

- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Media, Social Sciences, or a related discipline. Candidates with relevant experience in similar roles are also encouraged to apply.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret audience insights and translate them into practical recommendations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience in communications, content development, editorial review, marketing, branding, or related functions.

- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.





- Meticulous, organised and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

- Experience working with agencies, content creators or communication partners will be an advantage.

- Familiarity with digital communications, customer engagement and content management practices is preferred.
