Responsible for planning, directing, and implementing the Hotel’s marketing communications activities that involve communicating consistent messages across print and electronic media, ensuring key and strategic messages are communicated effectively to target audiences, as well as producing public relations materials, advertising, and marketing collaterals.

Responsibilities

- Prepares promotional press releases on personalities among guests and associates of the Hotel and on noteworthy events in the Hotel
- Provides information to other departments on activities within and outside the hotel which may be practical when dealing with guests. Works with Front Office, Banquet Sales/Conference, Restaurant, Kitchen, Bar & Events departments
- Handles all guest replies/complaints on social media
- Work with graphic designer to design marketing collaterals and Electronic Digital Mailers for the Hotel, F&B; Outlets and events, and ensure the timely production and delivery of marketing collaterals
- Ensure consistent branding across all printed and digital materials for the Hotel, F&B; outlets and events




- Maintain the Hotel brand website and social media platforms and post or upload latest promotions onto the various digital media platforms
- Coordinate and liaise with partners such as Banks, Corporations etc in reviewing and establishing contracts for joint promotional efforts
- Perform daily media monitoring on various channels such as websites, social media, prints, search engines, blogs, magazines etc
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- Preferably a Manager specialized in Marketing Communications or equivalent, with at least 3 years of Managerial Experience in the Hospitality Industry. Has experience in Public Relations / Media
- Has hands-on experience with graphic software
