About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will provide day-to-day support across marketing, influencer relations, PR, photoshoots, events, and seasonal campaigns. This role will help ensure projects are executed seamlessly by coordinating logistics, maintaining organization across initiatives, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the marketing team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities Influencer Marketing & PR

Support influencer gifting initiatives by preparing shipments, coordinating deliveries, and tracking samples.

Assist with product requests from influencers, media, and stylists.

Maintain influencer and PR sample inventory.

Support campaign logistics and timelines.

Coordinate courier pickups, deliveries, and shipping logistics.

Maintain influencer and PR contact lists, tracking documents, and campaign organization.

Creative

Production

Assist with the preparation and coordination of campaign and e-commerce photoshoots.

Prepare garments and samples for photoshoots.

Provide on-set support during photoshoots, ensuring all styles are captured, timelines remain on schedule, and production runs smoothly.

Assist with coordinating photographers, stylists, models, hair & makeup artists, and freelance creatives.

Organize and archive creative assets following photoshoots.

Marketing

Support





Assist with the execution of seasonal campaigns and product launches.

Help maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.

Support the organization of marketing assets and internal resources.

Assist with website updates, content scheduling, and launch preparation.

Provide administrative support for day-to-day marketing initiatives. Events & Brand Activations

Assist with the planning and execution of brand events, trunk shows, and retail activations.

Coordinate event logistics, guest lists, gifting, and event setup.

Administrative

Support

Maintain organized marketing files and digital assets.

Assist with invoice tracking and administrative documentation.

Coordinate meetings, shipments, and internal project timelines.

Provide general administrative and operational support to the Marketing Manager and broader marketing team.

Customer Service

Support

Provide timely and professional customer support via email and other communication channels.

Assist customers with product recommendations, sizing, fit, and styling inquiries.

Support order inquiries, returns, exchanges, shipping updates, and general customer requests.

Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure a seamless customer experience that reflects the brand's voice and values.

Escalate customer concerns when appropriate and assist with finding effective resolutions. Qualifications

2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Fashion Marketing, or a related discipline.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.

Experience in fashion, luxury, retail, or lifestyle brands is considered a strong asset.

A genuine passion for fashion and an understanding of the luxury retail landscape are required.
