Full-time | Montreal (hybrid) – Our client is currently seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Director to propel the brand into its next phase of growth.

What you’ll do

Strategy and Leadership

- Develop and oversee the company’s overall marketing strategy
- Set goals for growth, brand awareness, and performance
- Identify opportunities for innovation, market expansion, and strategic partnerships
- Actively participate in business decisions and strategic planning

Digital Acquisition and Performance

- Oversee acquisition strategies across digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and others)
- Optimize marketing investments and maximize return on investment
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations
- Drive growth in sales and customer value

Brand, Content, and Customer Experience

- Develop the brand’s positioning and image
- Oversee content strategy and omnichannel marketing campaigns
- Lead collection launches, seasonal campaigns,



and special projects
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Team Management

- Lead, motivate, and develop the marketing team
- Set clear priorities and ensure excellence in execution
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and content creators
