Duties

- Perform professional massage therapy sessions using various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or aromatherapy massage to meet client needs
- Assess client concerns and develop personalized treatment plans to maximize relaxation and therapeutic benefits
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
- Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment process, benefits, and aftercare instructions
- Keep detailed records of each session, including techniques used and client feedback for ongoing care
- Promote additional wellness services or products that may benefit clients’ health goals
- Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education to enhance skills and certifications





Qualifications

- Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by local regulations
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology to better understand client needs
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive, relaxing experience for diverse clients
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and listen attentively to client concerns
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and professionalism
- Prior experience in a wellness or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
