Mission At Soucy, material innovation is at the heart of our products’ performance. You’ll play a direct role in developing the next generation of rubber tracks used in the world’s most demanding environments. Your role?
To develop current elastomer compound formulations while ensuring that the materials extend the service life of the tracks and have a low environmental impact. You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team on a variety of projects and embrace a culture of innovation every day to provide customers with the industry’s highest-performing track systems. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Develop new elastomer compound formulations Find solutions to improve the service life of rubber tracks Participate in the development of reinforcement and adhesion technologies and materials (e.g., cord, fabric, etc.) Consider the environmental impact in the development of elastomer compounds Accelerate innovation through DOEs, statistical analysis, and digital tools Any other related tasks Do you see yourself in this role?

Profile
With the following skills and qualities, you will thrive in this role: Hold a bachelor’s degree in materials engineering, chemical engineering,
or another relevant field Be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec Expertise in rubber formulation and materials development Fluency in French and English (spoken, read, and written) to communicate effectively with our various partners A collaborative, cutting-edge, and analytical approach And these assets will enhance your impact: Knowledge of rubber and elastomers Experience in a manufacturing environment Experience in developing products subjected to dynamic fatigue, abrasion, rubber-reinforcement adhesion phenomena, or severe mechanical stresses Benefits designed to help you go far!
