Become a Casual Maternity Unit Aide with Fraser Health at Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster, B.C. Transport patients, prepare delivery rooms, and maintain equipment. In this vital role, reporting to the Manager of Clinical Services, you will support mothers and infants in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Your responsibilities will include setting up sterile delivery tables, transporting patients, and ensuring all equipment is clean and functional. This position offers the chance to make a difference within the Maternal – Infant – Child & Youth team. Key Responsibilities:

- Transport mothers and mothers-to-be using stretchers or wheelchairs
- Set up sterile delivery tables and prepare necessary equipment




- Collect and return used instruments to the Sterile Processing Department
- Maintain stock of supplies and prepare patient charts
- Conduct quality assurance checks on infant resuscitation units Requirements:
- Grade 10 education plus 1 year of related experience
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to operate relevant equipment safely
- Physical capability to fulfill job duties
