In this full time position, you will work closely with the Housing Manager to develop and implement maintenance strategies that enhance the quality of living spaces. Your leadership will help ensure that housing operations align with community standards and policy guidelines. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate and plan annual maintenance budgets
- Ensure continual upkeep of all housing units
- Manage work schedules for maintenance staff
- Keep detailed records of service requests and repairs
- Prepare and oversee project permits and inspections Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Five years of relevant construction or supervisory experience
- Valid Class G Ontario Driver's License
- First Aid/CPR certification and WHIMIS Certificate
