Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and improve mechanical systems, equipment, and manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions, support product development, optimize equipment performance, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and evaluate mechanical systems, equipment, and components for new and existing projects.

- Prepare engineering drawings, technical specifications, calculations, and project documentation.

- Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and project teams to support equipment installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Analyze equipment performance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and implement effective engineering solutions.

- Ensure designs and engineering activities comply with applicable codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

- Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling,



and coordination to achieve project objectives.

- Conduct testing, inspections, and performance evaluations while recommending process and equipment improvements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

- At least 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, industrial operations, or product development.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes, materials, and engineering standards.

- Proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office applications.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility for registration is considered an asset.

Pay: $6,667.00-$8,167.00 per month
