I am currently recruiting for a pharmaceutical manufacturing company seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join its maintenance team. Mission Your Role : Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and reliability of production equipment.
Your responsibilities will include: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on manufacturing lines
- Complete equipment setups and changeovers as required
- Disassemble, inspect, clean and reassemble mechanical components
- Replace worn or defective parts
- Contribute to reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to support daily operations
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work setting.
Working Conditions Permanent full-time position
- Day shift schedule;
Salary between $25/hour and $35/hour based on experience

Experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- Interest in automated equipment and production systems
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Pneumatic systems knowledge is considered an asset

Experience in pharmaceutical, food processing or manufacturing environments is an asset.
