Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Esthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert skincare treatments, personalized consultations, and aesthetic services that enhance our clients’ natural beauty and confidence. Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, hydrafacial, oxygeneo, peelings, microneedling, IPL.
- Provide personalized consultations to assess clients’ skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales to promote overall skin health and brand loyalty.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
- Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Engage guests with friendly hospitality,



delivering exceptional guest services that foster long-term relationships.
- Upsell products and services effectively while respecting client preferences to maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Medical Esthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain treatments and skincare advice.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in esthetic practices.
- Ability to perform medical esthetics
- Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.
- Background in hospitality or front desk operations is a plus.
