- Provide case management services to program participants
- Administer medications and educate families on treatment
- Coordinate medical services and support within PACT
- Assess and develop treatment plans for individuals
- Deliver after-hours crisis support as needed Requirements:
- Nursing degree required (BScMH, BN, RPN, RN)
- Registration with College of Nurses of Manitoba
- Four years of community experience preferred
