We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Metal Polisher to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for polishing, grinding, buffing, and finishing metal products to meet quality standards. Previous experience in metal finishing or manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Polish, buff, grind, and finish metal parts using hand and power tools.

- Remove scratches, burrs, weld marks, and surface imperfections.

- Operate polishing, buffing, and grinding equipment safely.

- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

- Read and follow work orders and production specifications.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Follow all health and safety procedures.

- Assist with general labour and other production tasks as required.

Qualifications





- Previous experience as a Metal Polisher, Grinder, or General Labourer in a manufacturing environment is an asset.

- Experience using grinders, polishers, sanders, and buffing machines.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Able to stand for extended periods.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- CSA-approved safety shoes required.

Requirements

- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

- Reliable transportation to work.

- Willingness to work overtime when required.

- Manufacturing experience is considered an asset.
