What You'll Be Doing:
- Washing, cutting, and preparing fresh vegetables daily
- Preparing chicken shawarma cones and skewering fresh chicken souvlaki
- Handling and preparing raw chicken following strict food safety procedures
- Mixing our signature house-made sauces using Mezza recipes
- Preparing ingredients according to our recipe books and brand standards
- Keeping prep areas clean, organized, and food-safe at all times
- Assisting with inventory organization and product rotation
- Working efficiently to ensure the restaurant is fully prepared for each day
What We're Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast paced kitchen setting
- Ability to follow recipes and procedures with consistency
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Previous kitchen or prep experience is an asset, but not required—we'll train the right person
