Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mid-Level Business Process Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business needs for process enhancements.
- Analyze existing workflows using tools such as Visio and SQL to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
- Develop detailed process maps, data models, and documentation to support project initiatives.
- Utilize analytics platforms like Tableau and Power BI to create insightful dashboards and reports that inform decision-making.
- Support project management activities within an Agile framework, ensuring timely delivery of process improvement projects.
- Conduct data analysis using R, Python, SQL, and Oracle databases to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Assist in designing database structures and writing scripts in VBA, Bash (Unix shell),



or SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by testing solutions, documenting changes, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Skills
- Robust business analysis skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, Oracle databases, and database design principles.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI for reporting purposes.
- Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies for effective team collaboration.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes to support software development projects from inception through deployment.
- Programming experience with R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), or similar scripting languages.
- Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to create detailed process diagrams using Visio or similar tools.
- Understanding of analytics concepts related to data analysis skills and business intelligence solutions.
