Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mid-Level Data Analytics Consultant to join our innovative team. Duties

- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using tools such as Apache Hive, Spark, Hadoop, and Informatica to ensure effective data flow across systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to gather requirements, plan sprints, and deliver high-quality analytics solutions on time.
- Build and maintain data warehouses utilizing SQL Server, Oracle, and other relational databases to support reporting and advanced analytics initiatives.
- Develop scripts and automation processes using Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and Shell Scripting to streamline data processing tasks.
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business strategies.




- Design scalable database schemas and optimize database performance through effective database design principles.
- Support big data initiatives by working with Hadoop ecosystems, Spark clusters, and cloud platforms like AWS for large-scale data processing.

Requirements

- Proven experience in data analytics or related roles with a strong understanding of SQL, Python, Java, and VBA programming languages.
- Hands-on experience working with cloud services such as AWS or similar platforms for scalable data solutions.
- Familiarity with big data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, Apache Hive, and related ecosystems.
- Knowledge of database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Data Warehouse architectures.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies for project management and team collaboration.
- Ability to design efficient database schemas and perform complex analysis using advanced analysis skills.
- Experience with shell scripting (Bash/Unix shell) for automation tasks is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in analysis and database design.
