Duties
- Coordinate client onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and setup within our SaaS platform
- Manage ongoing client accounts by monitoring engagement, usage metrics, and satisfaction levels using tools like Salesforce
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align strategies and improve client experiences
- Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities for upselling or renewal, and areas for operational improvement
- Support the development of customer success strategies that enhance retention and growth
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project statuses,
and operational workflows to ensure transparency and accountability
- Assist in creating training materials and resources to empower clients in maximizing platform value
Experience
- Proven experience in project management, account management, or customer success within SaaS or financial services industries
- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across diverse audiences
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for tracking client interactions and sales pipelines
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret data insights into actionable strategies
- Knowledge of marketing principles related to customer engagement and retention strategies
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a positive, energetic approach
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, financial services terminology, and customer service best practices is highly desirable
