What We Look For In a Middle School Science Tutor Deep knowledge of life science including cells, genetics, and ecosystems, earth science including plate tectonics, weather, and space, physical science including forces, energy, and chemical reactions, and scientific method and inquiry skills. Ability to explain cell structure, inherited traits, energy transfer, and Newton laws at an age-appropriate level while preparing students for high school science coursework.
