We are hiring for a company in the transportation industry with an immediate opening for a Midnight Dock Supervisor in Brampton, ON.

Start Date: Immediately

Shift: Full time, Tuesday - Saturday nights (12AM Start)

Location: Bramalea Rd. & Derry Rd.

Rate: $60-65 / hour depending on experience

Responsibilities

- Managing and coordinating warehouse freight, specifically outbound loading
- Ensure accurate scanning and shipment processing
- Monitor and reduce damages, shortages, and errors
- Provide leadership and support to a small dock team
- Properly staging, stacking, and verifying shipments
- Oversee team performance and daily workflow to maintain smooth dock operations
- Effectively communicating with team to ensure transport operations continues smoothly

Requirements

- 3 years LTL loading/unloading experience
- Must have previous experience working on a crossdock
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience with western lanes
- Dispatching and/or routing experience is considered an asset
- Ability to efficiently secure trailer loads maximizing space
- Dependable to work independently with no supervision
- Clean criminal background required
