Your responsibilities include maintaining a Preventive Maintenance program, conducting root cause analysis, and overseeing machinery and facility repairs. Collaboration with Production, QA, and OH&S; teams will be essential to drive continuous improvement and efficiency across the plant. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the Maintenance team
- Oversee installation and repair of industrial machinery
- Maintain effective preventive maintenance programs
- Manage equipment inventory and parts procurement
- Control maintenance costs and maintain accurate records Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Red Seal certification
- Supervisory experience in a team setting
- Familiarity with CMMS software
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals
